Updates
Are your updates free?
Free updates are available for 90 dates after the purchase. After 90 days the product is considered expired and is removed from the member zone of the user.
Are there products that have more than 90 days of free updates?
Unlimited bundles, such as Unlimited Microsoft, Unlimited CompTIA, etc, have no expiration date.
Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?
Expired products can be repurchased at 50% discount from within your member zone.
How often are your products updated?
Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study guides to accurately reflect the current exams.
How do I know that there has been an update?
There are several ways:
- The New Releases section on You will notice the rapid updates here. CertifiedEasy makes several updates every day.
- Status on an a purchased product can be found on the download page in the member zone.
- Date of latest release can also be found on the products page.
- CertifiedEasy also sends out information on updates on a regular basis in CertifiedEasy newsletter, usually once every two weeks. Registered CertifiedEasy users receive the Newsletter.
In general, you should always check for a new update 3-4 days before you plan to take the exam.
How do I receive my updates?

There was an update. I already printed the previous version. Do I need to reprint the whole document?
New questions are appended to the older versions. For most updates it enough just to print the new questions at the end of the new version.
There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?
The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could try to restart Internet Explorer, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.
Which types of bundles do CertifiedEasy offer?
CertifiedEasy has four different types of bundles
- Ordinary bundles containing around 4 to 12 products. Examples are: CompTIA A+, MCSE 2000 Core; MCSE 2003 Core, MCSA De luxe, MCDBA, CCNP
- Unlimited bundles. Bundles such as unlimited CompTIA access. These bundles have no expiration date.
- The buy 5 and get one for free bundle.
- Special customized bundles.

Your products sound interesting, but I'd like to try before I buy. Do you have any demos?
Yes we do. On our page you will find examples of our Practice exams. There are samples of two exams from all the certificates we cover. Further requests for samples can be provided. Please, e-mail and state which sample you would like to receive.
I want a sample of another CertifiedEasy product. Is this possible?
Yes, we can provide samples of all our products. Just mail your sample request to and you will reveive any sample you want promptly.
Quality
What is the quality of the CertifiedEasy products?
Our goal is the have at least 95% exam coverage and at least 95% accuracy.
How is the quality of the CertifiedEasy products achieved?
CertifiedEasy experts, Ãncluding MCSEs, MCDBAs, MCTs, CCNPs, CCIEs, etc. verify the answers and provide explanations. Especially providing explanations increases the accuracy of the answers.
We also receive customer feedback on our products. So, we constantly have to review our products. This guarantees a high quality.
I think I have found an incorrect answer in one of your products/I don’t understand one of questions/One of the questions seems incorrect. What should I do?

How do I pay for the products?
There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers use online payment with credit card. If no credit card is available Bank Wire or Western Union Money Transfer can also be used.
- Online using credit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast. The purchased products will immediately be available for download. There is no extra charge.
- Bank wire. We only accept bank wire for larger purchases, typically at least 5 products. There will be some delay, typically between 3 and 8 days for the bank wire to come through.

- Western Union. We accept Western Union Money Transfer for any purchase. They payment is very quick, typically within 5 minutes. You will have the products available within some hours after the money transfer.

Which credit card do can be used for the purchase accept?
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American, Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club International, and Cartre Blanche.

I am hesitant about buying things online. How secure is your site?
Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor as our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network. We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you is never stored anywhere on our server.
Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?
At CertifiedEasy we hate spam mail as much as everyone else, and we respect your right to privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with a third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mail list.
How do I make an online purchase?
Select the appropriate products from the CertifiedEasy products page. Add them to your shopping cart. Select Purchase Items. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase.
If this is the first purchase at CertifiedEasy and you are not a registered user, you will be register yourself at CertifiedEasy.
After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member Zone.

Do I receive a receipt?
Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt.
Should I keep the receipt?
Yes, we recommend you should keep the receipt and not throw it away. It might be needed later, for example if the exam is retired and replaced with another exam.
How do I access the product after the purchase?
The product is made available for download in your member zone.

Our experience is that 99% when this problem occurs is that some information is missing or is incorrectly type. Such as card number, security code or expiry date.

I am absolutely sure I entered the correct credit card information, and still the system does not accept it. What should I do?
We have used several different credit card processer's companies. Each Credit Card Processor has different methods of checking the validity of the Credit Card. We have noticed that some that are approved by one Credit Card are not approved by others, and vice versa. If you are unlucky your credit card will not be approved by our current Credit Card processor.
